Our system is modular, scalable, and adaptable in size and quantity, according to the customer's requirements. We offer our customers the possibility to acquire auxiliary systems, with the aim of optimising the efficiency of the installation requirements.
Collection & storage
We provide PET & plastic sorting machines
Once collected, a sufficient amount of waste must be stored in order to feed the waste treatment system.
Waste pre-treatment
Pre-treatment processes for the raw materials are recommended in order to optimise the financial and energy efficiencies.
We provide grinding, drying, and compacting equipment
Waste treatment

- 20 foot pyrolysis container with induction heating
- 20 foot refinery container for pyrolysis crude oil
- 40 foot pyrolysis container with burner heating
Post-treatment
of products obtained by pyrolysis
Diesel fuel produced by the process does not need to be post-treated. It can either be used directly or stored.
Solid residues can be transformed into bricks on site, to be used as a source of energy.
The gases produced need to be cleaned before being used for combustion.
